As Easprint Technologies is now officially GST registered, all our invoices will have the GST component. Customers will have questions about this change.

In the email, we'll say:
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your email!
Do note that from Jan 1, 2024, all our invoices will have the GST component, as we are officially GST registered.
Nevertheless, for the month of January 2024, to help our customers transition smoothly for this switch, the total amount quoted in 2023 and the amount in the invoice in 2024 is the same, meaning that we absorb this 9% increment. Hence, no change in the amount that customers will need to pay.
