Sample Pictures vs. Physical Sample

Sample Pictures

• For customers who want a sample picture of the item, we can send the sample through email. We advise our customers to give the specific product name for us to send an exact sample of the item required.

Physical Samples

• For customers who want a physical product sample, we can also send it to them through delivery. We constantly check if there are stocks available before sending the physical sample.

• For physical samples, we require the customer's information: sample delivery address, contact person, and contact number. 

• There will be a required sample fee which depends upon the ordered product, and it also depends on whether the sample fee can be refundable or non-refundable. 

    A. Physical Sample (Existing Samples)

These are samples from our past customers, meaning we have them in stock already. We send these to the customers just for them to see the design, material of the bag, colors, and more. We give these samples for free, and they can return them to us.

    B. Physical Sample (Customer's Design)

Physical Samples (customer's design) are samples from the customer's instructions. They will be given specific instructions on printing their logo/design, and we'll print 1 piece for them to check; the pricing will depend on the product, and printing will have a separate lead time.

Every physical sample printed based on the customer's design will have a sample fee. Sometimes, it will be refundable, so always double-check with Darren.
