Our cotton canvas tote bags are made from quality materials, thus we are confident of their durability. However, there is a maximum capacity for our tote bags to ensure that our customers can use them for a longer period of time without being damaged.
The maximum load for the bags is 15kg. It is best not to exceed the mentioned load to prevent the bag straps from breaking.
If the straps of our tote bags broke or got torn before using them, we encourage our customers to let us know and, we are open for a 1-for-1 replacement.
