There are various printing methods that we use in the company.

NO COLOR METHODS

1. Debossed logo is done by hotpressing a logo onto the surface of the item, causing a debossed pattern to be sunken into the surface. This printing method doesn't have a color printing option.

(Best for printing on Leather Materials (Premium Notebooks, A5 Professional Organizers, Deluxe Leather Card Holders. Please note this does not apply to Standard Leather Card Holders).

2. Laser engraving is designed to focus laser light for the purpose of marking wood, metal, glass, or some other material with a preselected engraving—logo or design.

(Best for printing on Metal items (Metal Pens, Metal Tumblers).

WITH SINGLE/DOUBLE COLOR METHODS

1. Silkscreen print is using ink to print a colored logo onto the surface of the item.

  • 1 color silkscreen print
  • 2 color silkscreen print

(Best for printing on Cotton Items, Bags (Cotton Canvas Tote Bags, Non-Woven Bags, Shirts, and more)

MORE THAN 3 COLORS OR FULL-COLOR METHOD

1. Heat Transfer print is a type of printing wherein the logo or design is printed onto a transfer paper, and then ink is thermally transferred from the paper to the item using heat and pressure.

(Best for printing on Cotton Items, Bags (Cotton Canvas Tote Bags, Non-Woven Bags, Shirts, and more)

2. Dye Sublimation Print is a technique that uses heat to transfer dye onto materials such as plastic, card, paper, or fabric. It is slightly similar to heat transfer print.

(Best for printing on Umbrellas, Arm Sleeves. Usually only for larger quantities.)

3. UV Colour Print is a method of digital printing utilizing ultraviolet (UV) light to dry or cure the ink, adhesives, or coatings almost as soon as it’s hit the paper, aluminum, foam board, or acrylic - in fact, as long as it fits in the printer, the technique can be used to print on almost anything.

(Best for printing on Bags, Bottles, Cutlery Sets, Keychains, Mugs, Pin Badges, Premium Notebooks, and Canvas Tote Bags)

4. Pad printing, also called tampography or tampo printing, is an indirect offset (gravure) printing process where a silicon pad takes a 2-D image from a laser engraved (etched) printing plate (also called cliché) and transfers it to a 3-D object.

(Note: These are best applicable to Stress Balls, or round-shaped products.)
