Jammed lobster claw - Lanyard hook

Customer's concern:

I would also like to give feedback regarding the hooks – there were not of good quality. More than a handful of the lanyards had jammed hooks rendering them unusable. 

In the email, we'll say:

Dear Customer,

The issue with the jammed lobster claws most likely was because of unoiled hinges.

We always oil them before shipping them out of the factory, but they might dry up during the transport process.

In order to eliminate this issue, we can provide a tiny bottle of oil so that you may oil on the spot if there are any jammed hooks.

So far, the oval hooks do not have this type of issue. We will recommend oval hooks for your consideration as well.

Do advise which you'd prefer?
